A Family Meeting
I begin with a meeting, preferably in person, or by telephone, to become familiar with your needs and desires. Frequently, that meeting includes family members or close friends. I will ask lots of questions relating to the health, abilities and challenges of the person needing assistance. I will need to know about their lifestyle preferences, location desired and financial situation. The information you provide should be as honest and informed as possible so that I can provide you with the best options to consider.
Assisted Living Options checks the availability of your preferred locations so that you don’t have to make lots of unnecessary phone calls or worry about what questions to ask or what you might have forgotten. I personally tour and inspect all accommodations and will only recommend those that meet our high standards. They must be a good match for your needs and desires.
Let’s Visit Together
I schedule tours of your top three or four options and accompany you on the tours. During the tours I will ask questions that you may not think of and can help keep track of the details from each community or care setting.
For A Confident Decision
If desired, I can prepare a comparison of the advantages of each location so that you and your family can review the differences and finally make an informed and confident decision.
